Adam’s siblings are ignorant by suggesting her new man friend is a person to look at, obviously the police already cleared him. Guess it would suck to admit your brother is a cowardly murderer. On a lighter note, I feel when God was giving out their voices, he got them mixed up. She sounds masculine while his voice is feminine. It makes me feel rage when people try to blame innocent people while they try to justify their people’s actions. There was a slap from him witnessed by others that prove he’s at least an abuser.
26:18 “I’m in a dream” BC YOU’RE ARRESTED?? Not when the mother of your child DIED?!?
The United States has not suffered an internal war since its independence from England, but it doesn´t needs one; citizens themselves are being killed eachother, including those who should protect them.
Yo I’ve watched too many of these and this guy honestly gets to me the most. I watch EWU (Explore With Us) and there’s HORRIBLE interviews, and this guy gets to me the MOST. The weird laughs. How he described the weight gain. He didn’t she “she FELT disgusted with herself”. Wordage is everything. I’m realizing I really dodged a bullet when I divorced my husband. And the Chinese wife thing?!? In an interview about his fiancé, mother of his CHILD?!? Oh my GAWDDDDD. (I’m still actively watching.)
What a terribly sad story..... What an amazing prosecutor.....to pursue an indictment and prosecution. You know, she probably endured the hate of all hates from the local PD..... The Law Enforcement Family probably made her life a living nightmare! Kudos to this beautiful and brave lady for fighting for justice.....for Amy.....for a woman who's life was violently stolen from her in the blink of an eye. Perhaps, it was a crime of passion.....a momentary ,rage infused, impulsive act of anger...... However, this man was a POLICE OFFICER and sworn to the oath of his office. His responsibility to protect and serve goes beyond the average John Q. Citizen.....he was a trained, tenured law enforcement officer (peace officer) whose job was to DIFFUSE conflicts, resulting in a peaceful resolution, not shoot his wife in the kitchen because she was getting in the way of his future sexcapades! ....Our tax dollars pay the salaries of our law enforcement, fire department, elected officials, judges, prosecutors, sheriffs, deputies, highway patrol.......rhey make good money because the work they perform is something we cannot live without! I have worked all my life and paid my taxes.....so, in effect, they work for me.... This is why a jury trial is the absolute last word in a criminal proceeding. There is no bias, prejudice or predetermination of an outcome.... Anyone who doubts this man murdered his wife is probably biased. The evidence proved to 12 persons that he did it! Our system works and if it is treated with respect and reverence, it will continue to work, ad infinitum.......
Every defense attorney with a guilty client: no one saw them making the bomb, poisoning the food, stabbing them, with a smoking gun… and the person that did is a known liar, criminal, drug addict, etc… your honor the case should have never made it to court with all this reasonable doubt and lack of evidence. ⚖️.
Someone knows ? Her hairdresser, best friend worst enemy but someone knows ?
Jim seems like he swings both ways
Follow the money ! 💰
Personal ! Someone who knew her !
Wow 😢
Not siding with him but, for sure don’t cheat on your husband though yeah?
I feel like there is more to the story, a piece we aren't hearing or seeing.
9:35 It about broke my heart when the police bring the little kid out to see the fire truck and they ask him his name. He was so happy and energetic, my name is Alejandro. Poor kid shouldn't have had to lose a mom ❤
I agree weak case.
Oh good lord Viktoria was awarded $325k while in jail? That’s a crime in itself.
Music background is horrible
Dang... she turned around and sued the city b/c of the jail attack and won $325,000! Wow! 😮
drinking while being pregnant sounds like an amazing idea to me
Does this make anyone think of another MA case...
Dang she swelled up in the end
Is very sad. Even more for.the child. Now without any parents.
Its so interesting the number of people that commit suicide in bed. How likely does that seem? Why in bed, in your pajamas, alone? Or, Why in bed with your spouse? Is it possible? Yes. Is it probable? No.
He tortured her evil person
So disappointed in the family to support their loved one accused killer. I never seen a family support the suspected killer. Once his search history was exposed that should’ve been all they needed to know he was guilty of killing her🤷🏽♀️
the reporter really tried to point the gun at her own head🤣
The government committed mass homicide. The forensic evidence is indisputable. The ATF attacked the Branch Dividian, but we expect those men, women and children to sit and do nothing as the ATF bashed in windows and doors. It is irrelevant what David or his followers believed. Was the government justified in the actions they took? Fact: prior to the ATF actions, these peiple caused no problems to the community. All of this about Koresh is nothing more than a justification for the ATF and FBI behavior. Claims of crimes requires evidence, and there is evidence of government crime in this case. Randy Weaver, another example. This is just another propoganda piece.
Dang.... she killed the dog on it's B-Day! She is so horrible!!!!!!
There's no way in hell the gun would still be in her hand.!! The force would throw it anywhere beside staying in her hand.!! That's a Very Big Gun.!!
"As painfully real as a dentist's drill!" LOL
when Will arrived at her house, why did she let him in ? If the gun held 13 bullets & he was shot 9 times, there was no need to reload
I see much of the same as in Stockholm syndrome. Its not hard to imagine with all the abuse, and Money is power and security these boy only know
na. im not convinced. not guilty. just trying to think what the evidence was that was so convincing. it could all be explained. tell me what it was? surly not the angle the bullet traveled? bs
Was he intoxicated and slipped on snow ice ? Did men end up in a drunken brawl , did dog jump on him knock him down greeting him ? I just would not at this point say guilty ! I would definitely say Not Guilty!
Looks like Tom Cruise
Nobody, Especially Law Enforcement Officers, Is Above The LAW, As Much As They Think They Are. This Very Unfortunate Story Is A Perfect Example. 💯
Love is blind😅
Sickning since when have men been known to willingly come forward with news like this ?! Almost never, not evya nobody kid, can you imagine during such a public trial. The parents behaving is far beyond appealing, so tipical from people of wealth feel they are entitled to do what they want to there own boys. I do hope the best for these Brother's.
"We are Not Fact Finders." Did that Detective really say that? Isn't that what a detective exactly is? No. We know they dont.
Technically the judge and jury are the finders of fact, as it relates to the law. Detectives are there to investigate. Not decide the outcome. Besides they wouldn't have the same people that are investigating the case determining guilt or innocence. 😊
Yes please! Much better series when follow up is documented, too. Also, and more importantly, this series IS something that hopefully deters some people from committing crimes and destroying lives.
This is why you know something is wrong when a old dude is married to a younger woman.. dead giveaway
Dr jekyll
How can detective plant evidence where would they get drops of blood when she was missing in the first place. This vile person thinks he’s so clever
Guilty, I'm sure of it.
This has got to be the bravest girl ever!!
I think this was a case of self-defense!
sad, he just couldn't walk away, greed and lust was his downfall and a innocents person had to pay the price for his greed.
His defense attorney: "It's perfectly legal for him to buy cyanide" Yeah, that's not really the point. It's what he did with it, and why he needed to buy it. Also defense attorney: "They (investigators) decided from the git-go that it must be poison. They didn't look for something else." Right. Maybe that was because she died in a hospital and her blood had lethal levels of cyanide. What else should they have been looking for? It must be rough being a defense attorney... having to work so hard to create an alternate reality and then try to convince a jury while keeping a straight face.
When are women going to learn not to cheat
Once again the intro 911 call solved the case for me. Complete stoicism. And no cop leaves their service weapon when on-duty
